Highly recommended. Clean with modern amenities. Reasonable distance from the JR station. Came here as a group with three adults and two young kids. Both adults and kids loved the space of this property.

This home was a wonderful base from which to explore Kyoto — and it a relaxing place to return at the end of the day! We (two couples) stayed for two nights and found the bedrooms to be spacious and comfortable. The downstairs is perfect for breakfast/planning the day in the morning and for having a glass of wine/sake/beer and unwinding in the evening. We did not cook, but the kitchen was well equipped. The location was also fantastic! It is 4 minutes from Kyoto Station, and 8 minutes from Gion by subway.

非常幸运能选到这么棒的民宿,让这次旅行体验非常完美｡房东很不错,入住第一天,房东按照约定的时间提早在屋里等候我和朋友的到来,入住后给我们介绍了屋子,以及住宿周边的交通,饮食和景点,非常耐心友善｡这间房子设计很棒,屋内设施很齐全,基本上就是个完整的家,可以自己做饭洗衣,设施都很好用｡屋子离景点很近,旁边就是东福寺,步行即可到达｡而且离东福寺站也很近,去伏见稻荷只需要坐两站｡除了东福寺,附近有很多寺庙也能步行到达,非常方便｡下次如果再有机会来京都游玩,我还会和朋友选择这家民宿｡
